Fish and Seafood


Seafood can be intimidating for beginner chefs, but it’s a really healthy source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. Great beginner seafood choices include shrimp, canned clams (like in my Clam Chowder recipe), and salmon Shellfish, such as lobster or crab, might feel really scary, but I’ve simplified the process with foolproof Instant Pot techniques. Both these delicacies only cook for 0 minutes in a pressure cooker, so it’s really as simple as could be.  Fish is also an incredible source of protein, vitamins, and minerals.
